Abstract

GIS formatted datasets include geology, mineral occurrences and mineral potential tracts. Also contains detailed reports on the geology and mineral potential of the region. Covers parts of the Goondiwindi, Inverell Manilla and Tamworth 1:250 000 map sheet areas.

The GIS data contained in this Data Package was compiled for earlier (now unsupported) versions of ESRI & MapInfo GIS software. As a result, some of the customisation originally incorporated into these packages may not completely function in more recent ESRI & MapInfo GIS software. Also note that the GIS data in this package is in the Australian Map Grid projection using the now-superseded AGD66 datum. ESRI ArcView
